Senior Business Analyst (Coupa / Procure-to-Pay / SIM)
Job Description
The OperAxis team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Coupa expertise for a 7-month contract with a payments and fintech client in O'Fallon, MO. This is a hybrid role with onsite presence required, open to local candidates only (CST hours). You will administer, configure and support the Coupa platform across Procurement, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management, and work with stakeholders to improve procure-to-pay processes. The ideal candidate is Coupa Platform Certified, has years of hands-on Coupa administration and is comfortable owning integrations, production support and upgrade cycles. Requirements: - Must have: Business Analysis, Coupa, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Banking/Financial domain - 5+ years of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and systems - 4+ years of hands-on Coupa platform administration - 3+ years of Coupa SIM and 3+ years of Coupa Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management - Coupa Platform Certification (required) - Bachelor's in Information Systems or equivalent experience - Nice to have: Coupa Technical Architecture Certification; WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms Responsibilities: - Administer and support Coupa Procurement, SIM, Sourcing and Contracting/CLM - Configure approval workflows, punchout catalogs, content and approval groups, custom fields, lookups, requisition and SIM forms, Process Automator, roles, reports and custom objects - Support Coupa integrations with ERP, middleware and third parties (APIs, cXML, flat files) - Provide production support, root cause analysis and unit, integration, UAT and regression testing - Build Coupa Analytics dashboards and reports; lead release reviews and the three-times-a-year upgrade cycles - Gather requirements, drive process improvement and workflow automation, and manage stakeholders
