Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-level business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful project delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience working within Agile environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of SDLC processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience coordinating UAT activities
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze workflows and business processes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Create functional documentation and user stories
- Facilitate meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities
