Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CCAI Voice AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, and prototype next-generation conversational AI solutions for voice IVR and chat experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow CX, Genesys Cloud, and cloud-native development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves building proof-of-concepts, developing production-style integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve customer experience through AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX and CCAI
- Develop voice IVR and chat applications
- Build webhook services and backend integrations
- Implement Cloud Run and Cloud Functions workloads
- Develop event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with Google Cloud services
- Create technical documentation and KT materials
- Build and maintain AudioHook streaming pipelines
- Monitor and optimize application performance
- Present POCs and demos to stakeholders
