Scrum Master (Agile / ADO / SAFe)

Job Description

Agile Scrum Master to promote flow and delivery excellence within and across teams. Requires solid knowledge of Agile processes, working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), and familiarity with ServiceNow. Must be assertive; able to provide constructive feedback and show initiative to improve team efficiency and metrics. Oil & gas experience preferred.

Requirements

• • Solid knowledge of Agile processes and working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) (required)
• • Familiarity with ServiceNow (required)
• • Assertive and able to provide constructive feedback and/or redirection to individuals when needed
• • Shows initiative to improve team efficiency and metrics
• • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) preferred
• • Oil & gas domain experience preferred
• • On-site interview required; local to Spring TX area preferred

Responsibilities

• • Own execution and dependency management within and across teams; proactively escalate and resolve blockers
• • Drive consistent and prioritized work intake aligned with team capacity and PI objectives
• • Ensure all work is visible in ADO with high data quality, clear acceptance criteria, and traceability
• • Own Agile ceremony outcomes (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• • Encourage team to own implementation of retrospective action items and track their impact
• • Proactively interpret delivery metrics to identify flow improvement opportunities
• • Lead PI Planning preparation and execution; ensure dependencies and risks are managed
• • Maintain team tools and artifact storage (SharePoint, Compass, ADO)
• • Leads and coordinates incident management and operational change management
