Senior Technical Business Analyst (SCRUM / PM)

Job Description

The Assurance & Legal Technology Department is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join the Internal Audit Technology team. This role requires a hybrid BA/PM/Scrum Master who can drive strategic, functional, and technical initiatives for an integrated Internal Audit platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in investment banking or financial products, along with a proven ability to manage complex technology projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in a technical environment
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• SCRUM Master certification
• Experience in investment banking or financial products
• SOX or Internal Audit experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• LinkedIn profile required
• Experience with UX/UI collaboration (wireframes, prototypes) – preferred
• Hands-on experience with Java, SQL, and frontend technologies – preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic, functional, and technical initiatives for Internal Audit platforms
• Act as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master across projects
• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Lead global cross-functional teams with minimal oversight
• Define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and implement scalable and multi-tenant solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes with effective resolutions
• Ensure alignment with compliance, SOX, and audit requirements
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum best practices
• Continuously improve processes and challenge existing approaches
