Full Stack .NET Developer with AI Integration

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with hands-on production AI/LLM integration experience. This is a leadership-leaning engineering role — not a pure individual contributor seat. The candidate will lead full stack development across multiple concurrent projects, drive AI-first engineering practices, mentor engineers at all levels, and own architecture decisions end to end. Strong communication and comfort in sprint ceremonies, product planning discussions, and technical design reviews is required.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience with minimum 2 years at senior level
• .NET / C# backend development with API design and microservices architecture
• Angular AND React frontend — both required, not one or the other
• Hands-on AI/LLM integration in production (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)
• Healthcare or pharma industry background strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills — must be comfortable mentoring engineers and presenting to stakeholders
