Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Description

Accelerant is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Solution Architect to work directly within delivery teams during a period of rapid enterprise transformation. This is not a traditional governance-focused architecture role. The ideal candidate will operate inside active delivery programs, making real-time technical decisions, validating architecture and integration patterns, and ensuring enterprise readiness for AI-enabled and cloud-native solutions. The architect will guide teams building enterprise-scale integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, data, and AI platforms while maintaining operational scalability, governance, and maintainability standards. This role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture, integration design, SaaS ecosystems, AI-assisted development practices, and enterprise data governance. The successful candidate must be comfortable reviewing architecture and code during active development, driving technical direction without becoming a bottleneck, and translating business-built AI capabilities into production-ready enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments
• Strong Azure and/or AWS cloud architecture experience
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-first design
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HR, and enterprise data platforms
• Hands-on enterprise integration and cloud architecture experience
• Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and canonical data models
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development frameworks/tools
• Ability to assess AI-enabled solutions for enterprise readiness
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM integration best practices
• Ability to operate within active delivery teams and make real-time technical decisions
• Experience reviewing architecture, code, and technical direction during development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating scalable and supportable integration standards
• Ability to document architectural decisions and technical standards

• Ensure solutions are maintainable, operationally supportable, and well documented
• Define and enforce data governance and canonical data standards
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure clear ownership and lineage of data products
• Create architectural decision records and technical documentation
• Bridge business-driven innovation with enterprise operational standards
• Provide technical leadership without slowing delivery velocity
• Support cloud-native and AI-enabled transformation initiatives
