Business Analyst / Product Owner (2-4 Openings) | Procurement System Upgrade | Washington, DC Hybrid Contract We are seeking BAs/POs to support a procurement system upgrade (Step App) across 7 Agile pods. Due to aggressive timelines, reassignment to different pods based on project demands. Self-starters who can hit the ground running. World Bank experience highly valued. MUST-HAVES: - 6-7 years BA or Product Owner experience - Agile/Scrum certification or extensive demonstrated experience - Azure DevOps experience - Ability to work in tight, fast-moving timeline - Self-starter with hit-ground-running capability PREFERRED: - Prior World Bank (WB) experience (highly valued) - Procurement domain knowledge - SAFe or Scaled Agile experience Job ID: JO 1016 Contact: Pragya Joshi, hr@operaxis.net
