Job Description
OperAxis is hiring an AI / Agentic AI Engineer for a W2 contract to hire engagement with end client JPMorgan Chase and Co. This is an on site role only. Available locations include Columbus OH and Plano TX. No remote and no hybrid option. Eastern Time zone work hours required from day one. Relocation is accepted where noted; confirm exact city before submission. Work authorization must be US Citizen, Green Card, or TN (Canada). No sponsorship is available. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will design and build agentic AI systems and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise financial use cases. Responsibilities include developing AI agents, integrating large language models, creating orchestration workflows, ensuring responsible AI practices, collaborating with data science and engineering teams, and delivering production ready AI capabilities. Experience with agentic frameworks, LLM integration, Python, prompt engineering, and cloud based AI services is expected. Candidates must demonstrate continuous employment history and a professional LinkedIn profile that matches their work history.
Responsibilities
