React Developer
Job Description
OperAxis is hiring a React Developer for a W2 contract to hire engagement with end client JPMorgan Chase and Co. This is an on site role only in Wilmington DE. No remote and no hybrid option. Eastern Time zone work hours required from day one. Relocation is accepted where noted. Work authorization must be US Citizen, Green Card, or TN (Canada). No sponsorship is available. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces for enterprise financial applications using React. Responsibilities include developing reusable components, integrating with backend APIs, ensuring high performance and accessibility, collaborating with UX and product teams, and delivering features in an Agile environment. Strong experience with React, modern JavaScript or TypeScript, state management, and component driven architecture is required. Candidates must demonstrate continuous employment history and a professional LinkedIn profile that matches their work history.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React.
- Build reusable components and maintain a consistent design system.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
- Optimize application performance and load times.
- Collaborate with UX designers and product managers on feature delivery.
- Write clean, testable frontend code and participate in code reviews.
- Ensure cross browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production UI issues.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices.
