Scrum Master – Wealth Management Technology

Job Description

Experienced Scrum Master to support multiple projects and initiatives within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Technology. The team leads critical management efforts related to the complete lifecycle of programs and projects, closely interacting with the business to work on project plan, determine scope, secure funding, and execute with development teams. 12–18 month duration.

Requirements

• • 7+ years of program and project management experience with ability to think tactically and strategically in a matrixed environment (required)
• • Experienced Scrum Master with successful delivery experience (required)
• • Experience with AGILE lifecycle and/or tracking tools (JIRA) (required)
• • Experience on Technology projects related to Financial Services domain (required)
• • Knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking technology & related applications (required)
• • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (required)
• • Excellent communication skills; LinkedIn profile required
• • US Citizen or Green Card only

Responsibilities

• • Lead and coordinate execution for various initiatives within MSWM
• • Work closely with all critical stakeholders to steer towards successful project outcomes
• • Manage multiple technology projects supporting the Wealth Management Business
• • Drive efficient planning and execution with core development teams and other support teams
• • Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios
• • Provide transparency to Senior Management with respect to Portfolio issues and risks
• • Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards and scopes are met
• • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve scheduling and other conflicts
