Description
We are seeking a Senior .NET Solution Architect for a high-visibility, client-facing technical leadership role. The candidate will own end-to-end client onboarding onto a proprietary platform, lead data migrations from legacy systems, manage integration planning across multiple concurrent workstreams, and serve as the single technical point of contact across engineering, product, and customer success teams. This is not a pure architect or pure PM role — the ideal candidate blends hands-on technical credibility with executive-level client communication. Healthcare technology experience is non-negotiable.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a lead or architect role with 10+ years overall strongly preferred
- Healthcare industry experience — mandatory, no exceptions
- Hands-on .NET / C# development proficiency
- PostgreSQL and SQL Server — data modeling and migration experience
- Client-facing enterprise implementation experience at scale across multiple workstreams
- Strong written and verbal communication for both executive and engineering audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and platform implementation
