Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst (Oracle EBS / PL/SQL / Forms)
Job Description
The OperAxis team is hiring a senior Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst for a 13-month hybrid contract in Richmond, VA, working 8 AM to 5 PM with regular on-site presence required. You'll be one of two senior developers on an Oracle EBS HR and Financial application, part of a four-person Agile team. The team works through complex backlog items, handles daily operations support, and turns business requirements into database and application solutions. Requirements (8+ years each): - Oracle EBS 12.2+ on Linux or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - EBS development for AP, GL and Purchasing - iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor modules - Oracle Forms and Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, PL/SQL - Systems analysis and design - Visio, SharePoint and Microsoft Office - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, working both independently and on a team - Local to the Richmond, VA area Preferred: - Azure DevOps - Experience with a state government ERP HR or Financial system - Power BI paginated and desktop reports and dashboards Responsibilities: - EBS development across the AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor modules - Requirements gathering - Production system administration and support - Design, development, testing and implementation - Unit and system testing, plus UAT support - Production turnover - SOPs and technical documentation
