Agile Scrum Master

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support a large-scale Wealth Management Technology organization within a leading financial services environment. This role involves driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, financial services domain knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in Financial Services domain (Wealth Management, Banking, or Investment Banking)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder required
• LinkedIn profile required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scope and delivery
• Track progress and provide status updates, risks, and issue reporting
• Drive Agile best practices across teams
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Conduct project audits and ensure adherence to standards
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge sharing
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives
