Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support enterprise data remediation, validation, and reporting initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project leads, and IT teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and successful migration of critical product and operational data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Support Project Leads and Workstream Leads with Bills of Material (BOM), parts data, and associated documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and understand business needs. Validate and verify data for multiple data migration and loading activities. Perform data cleanup, remediation, and maintenance activities across enterprise systems. Work with IT teams to execute mass data updates and support data governance processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Support documentation control methodologies and data management processes. Automate reporting and data processes where possible to improve efficiency. Perform ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
