Oracle APEX Developer / Techno-Functional (EBS R12.2.10)

Job Description

Senior Analyst for Oracle eBusiness Systems, release R12.2.10+. Provides technical support for developing and supporting customizations and extensions covering modules in Finance or Oracle Projects. Must have extensive programming experience in Oracle APEX transaction screens, AME, and Oracle Workflow. Candidates without R12.2+ on-prem experience in the past one year need not apply.

Requirements

• • 5+ years of experience programming extensions and customizations in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle Projects using R12.2+ (required)
• • 5+ years of Oracle APEX UI development experience (required)
• • Experience programming custom workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder (required)
• • Must have experience using and configuring systematic approvals using Approvals Management Engine (AME)
• • 3+ years of SQL and PL/SQL experience (required)
• • Must be aware of EBS Data model and architecture in areas of Finance and Projects
• • Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) preferred
• • Local to Texas only; 10% travel to Houston or Dallas office

Responsibilities

• • Provides technical development and support for Oracle eBusiness Systems Modules
• • Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements
• • Develops new screens (including nested workflow screens using Apex) and modifies existing screens to extend functionality
• • Builds business approval rules integrating workflow using AME attributes, conditions, action types, approval groups, and rules
• • Conducts effective user demonstrations and training of application features
• • Documents functional and technical designs; responsible for Change Management tasks and SOX controls
• • Tracks deliverables and provides reporting to management
