Insights & Analytics Practice Lead (Life Sciences)
Job Description
We are seeking an Insights & Analytics Practice Lead with deep Life Sciences experience for a 6-month remote contract (C2C, 1099 or W2). Interviews are virtual. You will lead an analytics practice serving pharmaceutical commercialization, guiding teams that apply data science, machine learning and GenAI to commercial operations data, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive clients. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in Life Sciences analytics or commercial operations, 5+ years leading practices or teams, and fluency across the commercial pharma data ecosystem, including Veeva, IQVIA, Komodo Health and Symphony Health. Hands-on familiarity with Python, R, SQL, SAS, Databricks, Snowflake and leading BI tools will help you guide delivery teams credibly. Requirements • 12+ years in Life Sciences Analytics or Commercial Operations • 5+ years leading practices or teams • Pharma commercialization experience • Executive client relationship experience • Hands-on familiarity with Python, R, SQL, SAS, Databricks and Snowflake • Machine Learning and GenAI experience • BI experience with Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot or Qlik • Experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Network, Salesforce Health/Data Cloud, IQVIA, Komodo Health and Symphony Health data • Open to USC, Green Card, H1B and H4 EAD candidates only
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Insights & Analytics practice for Life Sciences clients
- Build and manage analytics teams

- Oversee analytics delivered through Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot and Qlik
- Integrate CRM and third-party data from Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA, Komodo and Symphony
- Ensure quality and business impact of practice deliverables
