Job Description
OperAxis is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to identify a React Developer for a fully onsite contract role in Plano, Texas. Relocation assistance is available. This role carries strong potential for full time conversion. This is a W2 contract position, C2C is not available, though referral arrangements are welcome. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder), the client has confirmed no sponsorship path for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex, high performance React applications and component libraries
- Implement advanced patterns with TypeScript, hooks, state management, and performance optimization
- Build responsive, accessible, and production ready user interfaces
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs and support end to end feature delivery
- Drive code quality, testing, and frontend best practices across the team
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in an Agile environment
- Mentor junior frontend developers as needed
